Attilio Fiumarella is an Italian award winning photographer based in Birmingham and London, UK.
After his studies at Porto School of Architecture - Portugal , in 2011 he starts his activity as architectural photographer and from then on, has published his work in several books and magazines.
Increasingly he combines architectural photography with the investigation about current issues. Documentary photography is a way to share his vision on the circumstances that question our current time.
His body of work, "The Swimmers” has been awarded the first prize at RBSA Urban Life 2015 and in 2106 was long-listed in the Aesthetica Art Prize.
Attilio's work is held in a number of private collections, in the UK and abroad. His work has been displayed in Italy, Portugal, Spain, Georgia, Australia and UK in both group and individual exhibitions.
Attilio is also a co-founder of PhotoCafe, an informal discussion and meeting place. An event that invites speakers and participants to discuss ideas, debate topics around contemporary photography issues and network with other industries.

Attilio is also  a collaborator of the Portuguese agency 4SEE.
